I was a bit disappointed with the room allocation as I specifically requested the ground floor and ended up on the second floor. The room felt cramped with minimal space around the bed, and the tired, lumpy mattress didn't make for a comfortable night's sleep. On the bright side, having complimentary drink, biscuits, and bottled water in the room was a nice touch, although for the price of £84, I expected better quality compared to Premier Inn.

Rooms
5.0
The room felt like a tight space with little room around the bed, and the bed itself was worn out and uncomfortable. However, the provided beverages and snacks were appreciated.
Service
6.0
The service could have been more attentive and efficient, especially during ordering where staff seemed distracted. However, the housekeeping and overall friendliness of the team were commendable.
Location
7.0
The location was superb for an easy trip to the beautiful Studland Beach, easily accessible via ferry.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offered good food quality and service, but the layout for breakfast felt a bit chaotic with guests needing to go back and forth. A more relaxed setup would have been appreciated.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities needed some attention, especially in terms of maintenance and updates to keep up with the property's charm.

The hotel was very clean, but the early morning noise from the TV woke me up, and it could use some modernization. Despite these, the hotel was excellent overall, with the only downside being noisy guests who lacked proper hotel etiquette.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were very clean, but the noise from the TV at 6 am was disruptive. They could do with some modernization, and the fridge was not very cold, but apart from that, everything else was excellent.
Service
5.0
The staff apologized, but I found it concerning when they said they were too busy to address an issue and then engaged with other guests immediately. The service could be better, especially in responding to guest needs promptly.
Location
8.0
The location was amazing with a beautiful view of the sea from the restaurant, just a few steps from the water. However, the noise from nearby extractor units prevented me from opening the windows, impacting the overall experience.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience could have been more interesting, but the food was plentiful and hot. Some items were at an extra cost, but overall the range of food was good.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were lovely, with free beds, a warm swimming pool, and a nice indoor pool. However, the absence of nearby bars and shops was a drawback.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The sea view with a balcony was refreshing, but the noise from the air vents was a letdown. The room was very clean, but the furnishing was poor. The great location near the sea and ferry services made up for some of the shortcomings. The dining experience was a mix of excellence and letdowns.

Rooms
6.0
The room was very clean, but the furnishings and noise level were disappointing. I had to be moved to another room due to these issues.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and apologetic, trying to make things right. They could do with some sprucing up, but their helpfulness was appreciated.
Location
9.0
The location was amazing with beautiful sea views and easy access to ferry services, beaches, and bird-watching spots. Definitely a highlight of the stay.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its highs and lows. While the choices were good, the quality and temperature of some dishes were disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities could do with some attention and maintenance to match the lovely surroundings and views.
